Returns policy

You may return for a replacement or refund on all goods returned to us within 7 business days of receipt, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, in their original condition, unused and undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a replacement or refund. If you are returning the goods because they are faulty or defective or incorrectly supplied goods, EcoG Limited will reimburse the returning shipping cost.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we do NOT accept any replacement or refund for the following conditions:


  1. Product that is returned more than 7 business days of receipt
  2. Packaging of the product has been opened and/or damaged
  3. Product has been used
  4. Sales, promotional or discounted items
  5. Free promotional gift and/or samples

For reasons of hygiene ALL opened/used beauty products are non-returnable.


If you fail to return the goods with accepted conditions, we reserve the right to charge you the price of the original order. Return of any products will be subject to EcoG Limited returns policy.


In the event of dispute, EcoG Limited’s decision will be final and conclusive.


Returns and Replacement

Prior to returning any faulty/defective/incorrectly supplied goods please notify our Customer Service Department on cs@ecog.com and provide us the following information:

  1. Order confirmation number
  2. Product name you want to return and replace (if any)
  3. Reason for return
  4. Detail of fault

We will issue your with a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return the goods.
